At New Smile Dental Group, our on-site full-service Dental Laboratory is staffed by twelve highly skilled technicians, selected for their expertise and attention to detail. Our chief lab technician, an artist in dental craftsmanship, specializes in porcelain, metal crowns, and porcelain veneers.
We stay at the forefront of modern dentistry through continuous staff training. In addition to porcelain crowns, we use Zirconium and Lithium disilicate blocks, known for their quality, durability, and beauty in dental ceramics, reflecting our commitment to state-of-the-art techniques.
Our lab features advanced dental computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) systems.
Once we have the patient’s treatment plan, we start the design process in 3D with CAD/CAM software, meticulously designing each dental piece with the highest precision to create the final prosthesis.
After the design is completed, it is passed to our state-of-the-art Shutz Dental and UP3D milling machines, where the pieces are carved from the selected blocks according to each need. We utilize the latest milling materials, including high-strength ceramics and hybrid composites, to ensure the best results.
After milling, the pieces are carefully baked in an oven, checked for final touches, and perfected before being placed on patients.
